- Custom Orders & Order Confirmation
- Because each metal wall art piece is crafted or customized to order, final specifications (dimensions, powder-coated colors, thickness, and design preview) are confirmed directly with the customer via WhatsApp or Email.
- Production begins after mutual agreement on dimensions, quotes, and payment terms.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to verify wall measurements and design choices before final fabrication commences.
- Digital DXF Files License & Intellectual Property
- All custom DXF designs, graphics, branding, and images displayed on Sigma Wall Art are the intellectual property of Sigma Wall Art.
- When purchasing or receiving our digital DXF cut files, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial physical metal cutting.
- You may NOT resell, distribute, share, or upload our raw digital DXF files to other design platforms, marketplaces, or forums.
- Fabrication & Delivery Timeline
- Standard physical metal art fabrication typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on design complexity and powder-coating finishing.
- Delivery timelines within Pakistan depend on third-party courier services. While we ensure sturdy protective packaging, transit times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather.
- Inspection & Damaged Goods
- We meticulously package every steel art piece with corner protectors and shock-absorbing layers.
- Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the parcel. If any damage occurred during shipping, notify us on WhatsApp (+92 309 1299647) within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or videos of the packaging and product.
- Modifications to Service & Pricing
Sigma Wall Art reserves the right to modify prices, update catalog designs, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. - Governing Law
